Cassiar Consulting is run by Neil Fletcher.

Neil has over 20 years’ experience of working with organizations of all sizes — from governments to NGOs to family-run businesses to multi-national corporations. His work helps them communicate with more impact, motivate their staff better, and deliver improved services to their stakeholders.

He’s experienced lots of different organizational cultures in Canada, the US, Europe, and India.

As a consultant, he’s worked with organizations such as the Chief Isaac Group of Companies (the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in development corporation), Kluane First Nation, Yukonstruct, Yukon University, Vodafone, Shell, and the BC Real Estate Association.

Previously, he’s held senior management roles at Rolls-Royce (Director of Global HR Communications), Sky TV (Head of Corporate Social Responsibility), and the UK Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (Head of Communications).

His projects have included change programs, business strategy development, employee engagement, marketing & communications strategy, coaching, training, and facilitation.

There’s no one-size-fits-all. Every organization is different, every culture is different, and every team is different. But the principles of developing an impactful change strategy are the same — how you apply them in your organization is the key to making it work successfully.
